Return & Exchange
At CAVI, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
How to Initiate Returns
To start a return, simply reach out to our customer service team via email. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.
